To look back or not to look back

OK. I've done this before. I started scrapbooking before Hannah was born, and it was fun and such a great way to keep track of memories, but then got behind. And because I always want everything to be perfect, I felt like if I got back to it I had to start from where I left off and "catch up". And I never have and my scrapbook is suspended in time in September 2005. I know. LOTS to catch up. Since then I discovered photo books and have made books of big events and just left out big chunks of time to my memories.

And here... the same. With househunting, packing, moving, settling in... I just literally have not had much spare time and so I got behind here. And now I feel I can't post about TODAY when I haven't finished with YESTERDAY.

Speaking of yesterday... one of those kinda sad days for me. I get them. And I remembered a book this morning that my mom gave me back in 1997 when I was battling with some things.... it was called "Don't look back, you're not going that way".

So that's what's gonna happen.
I missed some important events - Hannah's birthday, the kids' party, Bon's visit, packing, moving, etc. And I COULD try to go back and revisit those times to fill everyone in, but I'm not going to. It's been wonderful times and crazy times, and I personally will remember it all. But not in writing for sharing with others this time.

And from now I am just continuing in the present. It's a better way to live. And it lets me off the hook of needing to "catch up". I'll post some pictures and let them speak for themselves:
