Am I really a grown-up?

Today is my "baby" brother's 25th birthday. I feel so old! And while we celebrate Alistair today I have found myself thinking... when did I become a grown-up!? Married?! Doctor?! 2 kids?! Real responsibilities!? WHAT??? WHEN??? Am I just playing house or is this really me?!!!!
