It runs in the family

I'm sorry Oliver, but since it appears you have inherited my soft enamel, this will not be the last filling or dental procedure of your life.

We love Make-a-Smile pediatric dentist.  They have different flavored nitrous!!  Yesterday's was orange  :)

S is for September, School, Sports

September was the start of some great activities.

(Of course we kept our eye on our beloved Giants baseball - welcome to the NLCS!!!)

We got into the routine of school, and I have had the opportunity to work in Hannah's classroom every other Friday morning.  It's soooo fun seeing all the kids interact, and nice to have proof that Hannah is, indeed, the genius I thought she was.  ;-)  Truthfully though, she is a very hard worker and a smart little girl.  I'm so proud of her!!  Oliver and I along with our friends Hailey and Kerry are doing a once-a-week preschool.  Kerry and I are introducing our blonde blue-eyed cuties to some preschool concepts and we've been so pleased to see how eager they are to learn.  Should be fun to watch their progress.

Oliver and I have been to our library's Mother Goose on the Loose program on some Thursday mornings which we enjoy.  And who doesn't like getting free DVDs and books every week?

Every other Tuesday morning Oliver and I attend a MOPS group nearby, which we are both really enjoying.  Getting together with other moms of young kids trying to raise faithful, God-honoring children and be the best moms we can be is so fun and encouraging!

Aside from school, we have both kids involved at Tricks Gymnastics and at Just for Kicks Soccer.  It's fun to see them burning off some of their energy in a constructive learning way.  They LOVE their new classes and already are showing fun progress.  Since soccer is from Sept to December we thought that we might be rained out for some meetings (they tack another class on at the end of the semester, if necessary), but oddly enough the last week in September we had a class cancelled due to over-100 degree weather.  Isn't that CRAZY!??

Busy busy busy, but fun FUN FUN!!!
